	I have checked the vertical sync pulses with several scopes and they
all indicate that I am running the monitors at 50Hz not 53Hz.  Please check
the frame rate again.  If we are running at an incorrect rate maybe changing
to the proper rate will improve some of the problems I am having adjusting
the monitors (because they are rated at min of 50Hz).  I also need to know
the frame rate to determine clock time.
